Below are the links to this week’s play along home programs. These sessions are “Ball & Wall sessions” and focus on controlling the ball as well as passing it.
If your child is finding any of the exercises difficult they can reduce the space between themselves and the wall to make it easier. Conversely, if they find a specific exercise is very comfortable for them they can make it more challenging by increasing the distance.
These are great exercises to get high quality touches that 100% will be used in game situations.
